Isingapore trading centre( stc )is a company formed by international singapore group to develop and market product coals(low and high calories steam coal) from coal mines in republic of indonesia.

The company operates kalimantan international mine in the southern part. The mine is located on the tropic of belongan and the product coal is hauled by rail and trucks to the international port, approximately 30 km from the mine.

Indonesia steam coal is a low volatile bituminous coal with high specific energy, low ash and sulphur and with properties which make it ideally suited to pulverised coal injection, blending for coke making and special coal boilers.

The first coal was shipped in 1997 and since that date over 1123 shipments have been made to japan, china, europe and korea.

The mine is a majority indonesian-owned joint venture with minority equity participation by one japanese trading companies and stc.

At the mine resources of kalimantan steam coal are substantial, in excess of 700 million tonnes. Production capacity is in excess of 8.0 million tonnes per annum and infrastructure exists to readily increase this production level if required. OEM Service:
